the front desk staff were helpful. abdulla assisted with parking my car. emre and makhmut were very supportive. the house keeping staff, jamella in particular, was very good at cleaning.

The room wasn't very clean, and i could smell cigarettes whenever i used the air conditioning. the rooftop area needed improvement too. the bartender played music too loud and seemed distracted. the music stopped every time he got a call. A proper sound system and a more attentive bartender are necessary.
